How To Release yourself from perfectionism

What is perfection? How often are you being guided by the idea that you need to reach a certain point to be happy? How often do you catch yourself thinking, you are not enough?

I need to keep going; I need to improve; I need to be better; I can’t stop, I won’t stop until it will be perfect.

Perfect…

Do you truly believe there is some sort of a finish line when you will finally take a rest, look at your past and rest? There is only one, and it’s death.

I assume it’s not the answer you wanted.

The truth is that perfection is merely an illusion created by societal standards and personal expectations. Never ending searches for something that isn't real, it’s not even visible, makes you uncontended to the power now. And that takes away from you the real happiness.

So to fight that, to conquer the beast of perfection I am coming to you with these 5 easy tips on how to stop being perfect

I came up with a few tips on how you can try to accept our present moment, release yourself from the cages of perfection.

With that said, below you can find my few tips on How to release yourself from the brutality of perfectionism that deprives us from living happy and full lives.

1. Embrace Imperfection:  Instead, embrace the beauty of imperfection as it reflects the uniqueness of your journey and experiences. Be proud of your scars, we all have them.

2. Release Control: Recognize that the need for perfection often raises a desire to control outcomes and situations. Surrender to the flow of life, trusting in the universe's wisdom and timing. Allow yourself to release the tight grip of control and welcome spontaneity. Welcome to the power of now.

3.Shift Your Vibration: Focus on cultivating positive energy and thoughts. The law of assumption suggests that what you consistently assume to be true becomes your reality. Therefore, shift your vibration by affirming self-love, acceptance, and gratitude. Choose to vibrate at a frequency aligned with joy and authenticity rather than perfectionism.

4. Practice Self-Compassion: Be gentle with yourself and practice self-compassion. Understand that mistakes and failures are natural parts of growth and learning. Treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you would offer to a dear friend facing similar challenges.

5. Cultivate Presence: Instead of striving for perfection in the future, anchor yourself in the present moment. Mindfulness practices such as meditation, deep breathing, or simply engaging fully in your daily activities can help you let go of worries about perfection and appreciate the beauty of the present moment.

By letting go of the quest for perfection and aligning yourself with the principles of assumption and vibration, you can free yourself from self-imposed limitations and embrace a more fulfilling and authentic life journey.

You don’t need to try so hard, breathe. You are enough. You are already perfect.
